All-In-One Place

This year, we will consolidate the notifications for the following compliance trainings into one concise message. These training courses include Clery Act, Code of Conduct, FERPA, Security Awareness Training, Title VI, and Title IX.

To promote the annual compliance training, we are giving away 20 gift cards to faculty, staff, and graduate assistants. Winners will be announced in K@TE on Wednesdays between November 18 and December 18. Log in to K@TE to find out if you won. If you have not completed your annual training, sign in to K@TE to knock it out before the deadline on December 18.

Required

Eligible employees will receive an initial email listing their required courses with regular reminders until they have fulfilled the requirements.  These training plans are customized based on your affiliation with the university (faculty, staff, graduate assistant, etc.) and your job requirements (Executive, IT, Safety, etc.).

Deadline

Employees must complete the required courses by December 18, 2020. If you complete the training en masse, the training should take less than two hours.

To complete the training within this new cycle, you may be required to complete some programs that you reviewed previously this year. Next year, the courses should only be required once in a calendar year.
