Best Ways to Receive Quick Help from OIT

The best way to get help for all your IT needs is to contact the OIT HelpDesk.   Rather than directly emailing your “go-to” OIT team member, contact us is through any of the following methods to ensure the entire service team sees your request and works together to provide a prompt answer. 

  • Phone: 865-974-9900, available 24/7 when the university is open
  • Chat: oit.utk.edu/help/chat, available Monday through Friday, from 8 am – 5 pm
  • Online: help.utk.edu, the team will respond via email during normal business hours
