UT Knoxville’s license with Respondus 4.0, the tool used to import quiz questions into Canvas, ends on July 31, 2022. Akindi Importer is the replacement for Respondus 4.0. Unlike Respondus 4.0, Akindi Importer is available to all faculty regardless of their computer’s operating system as it functions within a web browser. The importer will automatically detect and convert your Microsoft Word questions into a QTI file which can be imported back into your Canvas course site as a quiz or a question bank.
