Webcasting Student Assistant
Attention all JEM Majors! OIT Webcasting is hiring. Get some experience to build that resume and get paid at the same time.
Preference is given to students with availability between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday thru Friday. Some evening and weekend work may be required. Applicants should be able to take initiative, follow standard operating procedures and troubleshoot technical issues. Applicants should have an interest in the broadcasting of live events, experience with basic audio/video equipment operation (camera, microphone, sound mixer), and basic video editing. Applicants should be able to work up to 20 hours per week, preferably in blocks of 3 or more hours to mesh with Webcasting schedule needs.
The starting salary for this position is $8.50/hour.
