Microsoft supports Internet Explorer 11 and the current version, plus the previous release, of Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.
Logging in to Skype for Business
You will use your Microsoft Office 365 organizational account to log into Skype for Business.
- Username for Faculty/Staff: netid@utk.edu
- Username for Students: netid@vols.utk.edu
- Password: NetID password**
**If you are unable to login to your account, please reset or change your NetID password. Doing so will force your NetID password to sync with your Office 365 account. You can reset or change your password online at https://oit.utk.edu/password.
