Tmail is the UT-hosted email option for faculty and staff. Tmail is a Microsoft Exchange 2010 solution which allows for client access (i.e. Outlook), web access, and mobile access from your smart phone or tablet.Go to Tmail Web Access
Faculty and Staff can no longer register for a Tmail account. If your department has not yet migrated to Office 365/Volmail and you need a Tmail account for access to Public Folders, Calendar Sharing, etc, please contact the HelpDesk (865-974-9900) to request a Tmail account be created.
Tmail can be configured for use on your personal laptop, or mobile device. Click on the link below for instructions on how to configure your client (Outlook for PC/Mac) or mobile device. Vault (or UT Secure Courier) is a secure file transfer application that allows users to easily send large files quickly and securely. Vault is available to all current faculty, staff and student at the University of Tennessee.
For UT personnel, you will need to login to Vault with your UT email address and your NetID password. This email address must be listed in the UT directory at https://ds.utk.edu. Enter your name or NetID in the search field to see your entry. For Non-UT users, you must first complete an External User Registration by entering a valid email address. Access Vault
