Discover Five Simple Ways AI Can Save You Time

Are you looking for ways to save time in your busy schedule? Consider leveraging University-sanctioned AI-powered platforms, UT Verse and Microsoft Copilot. AI can assist you with tasks such as summarizing documents, analyzing survey results, or generating new ideas. Both platforms are easy to use and can streamline your workday.
Five simple ways UT’s AI tools can save you time:
- Summarize Documents: Upload documents to UT Verse and ask it to summarize them. This feature gives you a quick overview and lets you interact with the document. You can also upload meeting or lecture transcripts to create searchable notes or shareable summaries, which means less manual notetaking and easier reference later.
- Automated Survey Analysis: If you collect student feedback or conduct surveys, tools like Microsoft Copilot EDU* will summarize responses, spot trends, and generate visual reports, reducing time spent on manual analysis.
- Resource Curation: Microsoft Copilot EDU* can research, find, and summarize relevant articles, videos, or teaching resources for your courses or research. Compiling reading lists or lecture materials becomes much faster.
- Responding to Email: UT Verse and Microsoft Copilot can help you summarize and respond to email requests, keeping your inbox manageable and saving time on routine replies.
- Brainstorming Ideas: Facing writer’s block or need new ideas? Ask UT Verse for help. Give it a few examples, and it can generate a list of ideas to get you started.
