If you can’t find your problem on the FAQ or the provided solution doesn’t work, please submit a help request ticket. We monitor tickets regularly from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and will do everything we can to respond to your ticket within 24 hours. It might take longer on weekends and at exceptionally busy periods such as the beginning and end of each semester, but we will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
