Software Order Form Instructions

  1. Select the products you would like to order from the On-line Software Catalog.
  2. Delivery Service
    A delivery service is available. When completing the order form, check the delivery box and fill in the location for delivery.
  3. Instructions for Departmental Charges
    • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): With an account number and department name, a confirming email will be sent to the ordering department to initiate the billing process. Departments will be billed through IRIS.
  4. Cancelling Orders: If you want to cancel an order after you have submitted it, send an email to cala@utk.edu  Give your name, a list of the item(s) you want cancelled, and the date you ordered them.
