Reading your E-mail Once you have logged in, you will be viewing your inbox and able to see your mail messages. You can position your cursor above the sender’s name and right click and add sender to contact list. You can also add that person to the “block sender” list.

Replying to E-mail When viewing a message, click on the Reply icon to send a response to the sender of the original e-mail.

From this screen (above) you can also: Reply to all, Forward, Print, View as Web Page, Create a Rule, Move/Copy, Delete, go to Previous E-mail, go to Next E-mail.

When replying or creating a new message you have the following selections from the icons at the top of the e-mail: Send, Print, Add Signature, Spell Check, Attach File, Check Names (from address book) Importance Level High, Importance Level Low, Additional Options.

Sending an Attachment When creating a new message, click on the “Attach” icon (a paper clip). Either type in the name of the file desired, or, if the file is in another directory, click on the “Browse” button. Click on “Add File” File name will appear on attachment line.

Storing your E-mail in Folders To create a folder, select the pull down arrow to the right of the “New” button. Select Folder. Click in the Name box and create the name of the file folder. Click on folder on the left to go to that folder.

Logging out of Tmail and Exiting Your Browser Always remember to click the “Logout” button and then exit out of your browser when you are done reading your e-mail so the person using the machine after you will not have access to your e-mail!

More Information about Tmail If you received your e-mail account prior to March 13, 2006, you would have received a WebMail account.
