Computer-Based Training (CBT)If you are interested in learning on your own, then computer-based training might be just the thing for you. Online interactive computer-based training is available on a variety of topics without attending any classes. Registration information and a complete course list can be found online by accessing the following Web page: http://oit.utk.edu/cbt. Courses include Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), UNIX, LINUX, Web page applications, Lotus Notes, and many more topics. When you have successfully completed a CBT course (meaning you have a 70 percent mastery of the information from a course test), you can print a Certificate of Completion, just the kind of thing that looks good on a resume.  |
