Courses include Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), UNIX, LINUX, webpage applications, Lotus Notes, and many more topics. When you have successfully completed a CBT course—meaning you have a 70-percent mastery of the information from a course test—you can print a certificate of completion, just the kind of thing that looks good on a resume.
