OIT welcomes Lisa Yamagata-Lynch, an Associate Professor in the Educational Psychology & Counseling Department, as a new Faculty Fellow. Professor Yamagata-Lynch’s experience in developing residential, hybrid, synchronous, and asynchronous online courses and programs will be a great asset to her Faculty Fellow tenure.

Professor Yamagata-Lynch plans to learn more about the types of support that faculty and staff need to meet their program, course, and students’ needs, as well as to identify targeted, sustainable online learning and/or technology-rich program development opportunities.

Her proposal goals include:

• Developing workshops for design and development of online programs
• Offering consultation services for faculty and administrators interested in designing or redesigning online courses and programs
• Providing consultation services regarding issues of accreditation of online program
• Providing consultation services for addressing assessments in multi-section online course.
