OIT Telephone HelpDesk
The OIT Telephone HelpDesk serves as a centralized source of information and service for the application, computer, and network resources managed by OIT. You may contact the OIT Telephone Help Desk at 974-9900 with questions about any service or resource provided or managed by OIT, including the following:
- Get help with OIT Applications such as Blackboard, CPO, and Tmail
- Troubleshoot problems on UT owned computers
- Troubleshoot problems on student owned computers
- Report a problem with the UT wired or wireless network
- Request a Statistical Consulting appointment
- Questions about your UT issued password(s)
The OIT Telephone HelpDesk is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding University holidays and administrative closings. You can also email and/or visit the HelpDesk in person in Commons South.
