As the computer suggests, you need to check your username and password for errors and try again. A common error that might be causing this problem is the caps lock function is enabled. Check the top right corner of your keyboard to make sure that the caps lock light is not lit. If it is, push the caps lock button, located on the left hand side of your keyboard. Another problem might be that your NetID password is too long. If the password is more than "8" characters, it will not work.
