I created a profile in the Staff Information tool, but nothing is showing to students. What do I need to do?

This is a long-standing bug in the Blackboard software we use. The workaround is to create a new profile (using as little information as is required), selecting the option so it is not available, then using the pull-down menu to make it the first item in the list. This should cause the rest of the profiles to display correctly.
