The OIT Walk-in Computer Support Center and all of our services are available to all current students at the University.

For Staff and Faculty members, we offer basic Walk-in Consulting Support at the Commons including wireless configurations.  We cannot check in Facutly/Staff personally owned machines or UT Owned (Blue Tag) machines for in depth troubleshooting.  For assistance with a University owned computer, please contact the OIT HelpDesk at 974-9900.
