What must I provide when picking up my computer at the OIT Service Center?

For security reasons, user's must provide a valid picture ID before picking up a computer at the OIT Service Center.  If someone other than the user needs to pick up the machine, the user must specify this at the point of drop off. User's may not call in and have someone else pick up the machine after it has been checked into the Service Center.  If another person is given permission to pick up the machine at the point of drop off, he or she must also present photo ID at the time of pickup.
