In Blackboard, what is the symbol that looks like a head with a line though it next to some of my students' names?

If you see this icon disabled user icon next to a student in your enrollment list, it means that they have been disabled in the system, typically due to inactivity. Once a user is disabled, they do not have any access to Online@UT and will need to be re-enabled. Either you or the student can submit a support ticket to do this.
