Getting Help with ResNet service. |

Please contact the OIT HelpDesk for ResNet assistance. The OIT HelpDesk is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Help Desk by phone at 974-9900 or Contact the OIT HelpDesk via online form. If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, then we will ask the student to bring their computer to the OIT Computer Support Service Center. If the problem still persists when the computer is taken back to the dorm room, then the student has the option of scheduling a house call in which case a ResNet consultant will go to the student's room and troubleshoot the problem from there. The OIT Computer Support Service Center is located in the Commons on the second floor of Hodges Library and is open year round to assist you with your ResNet needs.
