To connect to your Tmail account with Outlook 2003/2007, your operating system MUST be at least Windows XP. Earlier versions of the Windows operating systems lack certain security features which renders them unable to communicate with the Exchange servers. Therefore, if you are using a version of Windows, we recommend you use OWA.
