I cannot click on the Wireless Networks tab in Windows XP to type in the network name. What should I do?

You need to be logged in as the administrator and go in the control panel and select admin tools, then services, and scroll all the way down until you see wireless zero configuration. Make sure it is enabled and set to automatic. That sometimes fixes the issue.
