I am experiencing weird browser problems. Do you know what's going on? |

Most of the common problems that users encounter within Online@UT and the Blackboard software that runs it are due to issues with the user's browser. Many of these problems can be fixed simply by clearing the browser's cache. Browsers "cache" information about a website, including images, audio or video files, and log-in information (in the form of cookies), so that it will load quickly if the user returns. While this can improve performance on some sites, it can lead to problems with Online@UT.
