Please call the helpdesk and one of our technicians will be glad to help you get your device registered. We will need the MAC address (hardware address) of the device. If you need help locating the MAC address, please refer to your manual. Remember that we while we are glad to register the device for you, we do not currently provide technical support (this includes network setup) for PDAs.
