OIT HelpDesk

The OIT HelpDesk is staffed by different groups within OIT and by a combination of full-time staff members, graduate assistants, and undergraduate students. The HelpDesk is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The HelpDesk is closed on the weekends, during administrative closings, and holidays. The HelpDesk phone number is 974-9900 for students, faculty, and staff.
