Welcome to the OIT HelpDesk website. The OIT HelpDesk is the first point of contact for many IT applications and services at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. We use the Remedy Action Request System to track Help Requests and to route problems to the appropriate IT support groups when necessary. We strive to resolve all IT issues in a timely manner.
