Apple Computers
Faculty, Staff and Students of the University of Tennessee can purchase Apple computer equipment through the University Center Computer Store and the University's contract with Apple Computer, Inc.
- Parties interested in purchasing Apple computer equipment should call the computer store at (865) 974-2930 or visit the Apple's on-line store to find the desired equipment.
- Then, complete a Hardware Order Request Form with that information, being sure to indicate that the order is a personal order.
- Next, fax the completed order form to the University Center Computer Store at (865) 974-3668. DO NOT fax an order form for personal sales to OIT. OIT will return your personal order unprocessed.

Dell Computers
Faculty, Staff and Students of the University of Tennessee can purchase computer equipment from Dell through the University's contract with Dell Computer Corp.
- Dell Computers has provided a website for the University containing specially configured, discounted systems for faculty, students and staff and a configurator to build custom sytems at an educational discount.
- Parties interested in purchasing from Dell computers should visit this website and choose a preconfigured model or create their own model.
