How To Order Epson Projector Equipment

For information on Epson Projectors.

The procedure includes: configuring the desired video equipment, obtain the appropriate part number and unit price, creating an order form, faxing the order request to 865-974-2050, reviewing contractor's confirmation, making adjustments with contractor if needed, receiving the new hardware, setting up and inspecting the hardware, adding the equipment to your department's assets if required, and authorizing payment of invoice.

NOTE: All orders must be generated by using the on-line Hardware Order Form.

Ordering Instructions

Compview has created a webpage with some Recommended models. Departments wishing to order other Epson Projectors may contact Jessica Moretti (contact information listed above) to inquire about product needs, product availability and pricing.

Then follow the following instructions to submit your order:

  • Using the information gathered by contacting the contractor create a printable order form using the Hardware Order Request Form which you will be able to use to submit your order.

    • NOTE: the on-line order form does not e-mail your order to the contractor; it generates an order form which you must print using the print option of your web browser.

  • FAX your order, including your Hardware Order Request Form, quote(s) if any and any other pertinent information relating to your order, to 865-974-2050.

    • NOTE: All orders must be generated by using the on-line Hardware Order Form.

  • OIT will verify the order form has been completed correctly and will forward it on to the vendor.
