How To Order Apple/Macintosh Equipment
The Apple computer contract has been awarded to Apple Computer Inc. in partnership with the University Center Computer Store.

Ordering Instructions
- From the Hardware Purchases website use the following steps:
- Shop the Apple On-line Store
- Select and configure a computer which meets your needs.
- Save the proposal and print it out.
- If the proposal is less than $2000 then take the proposal into the Computer Store for processing.
- If the proposal is greater than $2000 you will need to complete a Hardware Order Request Form Hardware Order Request Form.
NOTE: the on-line order form does not e-mail your order to the contractor; it generates an order form which you must print using the print option of your web browser.
- FAX your order, including your Hardware Order Request Form, proposal(s) and any other pertinent information relating to your order, to the Computer Store at 865-974-3668 or you may take the order into the store yourself.
NOTE: Hardware Order Requests Forms for Apple products no longer have to be faxed to OIT for processing.
