How To Order APC Uninterruptible Power Systems
This page will provide instructions for ordering APC uninterruptible power systems (UPS).NOTE: All orders must be generated by using the on-line Hardware Order Form.

Ordering Instructions
This contract is for APC uninterruptible power systems (UPS). Departments that wish to order APC equipment may contact Jeri Engle or Layne Rogers of Pomeroy (contact information listed above) to inquire about product needs, product availability, and pricing.
Then follow the following instructions to submit your order:
- Using the information gathered by contacting the contractor create a printable order form using the Hardware Order Request Form which you will be able to use to submit your order.
- FAX your order, including your Hardware Order Request Form, quote(s) if any and any other pertinent information relating to your order, to 865-974-2050.
- OIT will verify the order form has been completed correctly and will forward it on to the vendor.
NOTE: the on-line order form does not e-mail your order to the contractor; it generates an order form which you must print using the print option of your web browser.
NOTE: All orders must be generated by using the on-line Hardware Order Form.
Inquiries about the status and delivery of your order should directed to the contractor.
