University departments can now check the status of their orders on-line directly with Dell.Did you know that you can get real-time information on your Dell order. In addition to order status, you are able to:Report a:
- Change Address
- Transfer Ownership
- Request an Invoice
- Request a Packing Slip
- Missing Item
- Wrong Item
- Damaged Shipment
- Pickup/Redelivery
- Return For Credit

- To be able to find the status of your order, you will need the unique purchase order number that was assigned to your order when it was created. This number will appear on the order form next to the words "UT Purchase Order #:".
- Click on the Dell logo below to go to the Dell Order Staus page.
- In the entry box under the header "Choose Reference Number Type",
scroll down and select "PO Number", then go to the box on the right under
"Enter Reference Number" enter your purchase order number in the following
format:
- 354456A1234
- In the entry box under the header "Choose Verification Type", scroll down and select "Zip Code", then go to the box on the right under "Enter Verification Data" and enter the zip code entered on the Hardware Order Form. .
- Then select the "Submit" button.
