Changing Email Routing
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- If you change your email routing temporarily, you are responsible for changing it back.
- Changing your routing in this manner does not affect Exchange-to-Exchange email. Any email sent from another Exchange user will still be delivered to your Exchange account. To make certain that all of your mail is delivered to your new address, you should also forward that Exchange mail. Visit the Tmail Account Management page and choose "Manage your Exchange Account" to set up forwarding.
- If you change your email routing to something other than Exchange, your email will not be copied to your Exchange account. If you later decide to change your email routing back to Exchange, you must manually move any email delivered to your non-Exchange account over to your Exchange account if you wish to have it there.
- Changing mail routing will only affect new mail that is delivered after your routing is changed. It will not affect mail already received in your Exchange account.
- If you have any problems or questions about email routing, please Contact the HelpDesk.

- After changing your routing, you will receive a message that indicates that the change was successful.
